The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
The Products will be dispatched to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, ALLURE SHOWROOM will not ship any order to a P.O. Box or accept any order where it is impossible to identify the individual private recipient of the order, and its address.
All purchases will be delivered by ALLURE SHOWROOM's selected courier service (hereinafter, “Courier”) between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, after the Order Confirmation is sent to You, on the basis of the indicated availability.
In any case, ALLURE SHOWROOM will not be responsible for delays that are unforeseeable and/or attributable to the Courier. In the event You do not receive the Products within 3 weeks following receipt of the Order Confirmation, we invite You to contact ALLURE SHOWROOM at email@example.com
ALLURE SHOWROOM reserves the right not to respond to any such inquiries sent after 30 days from receipt by You of the Order Confirmation.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange or full refund.
CONDITIONS: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.
TOPS AND DRESSES: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
