Shipping & delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Once you make an order and email should follow with a reciept.
Shipping duration may vary depening on the designer collection ordered for approximately about 14 days for final delivery.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our showroom to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

The Products will be dispatched to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, ALLURE SHOWROOM will not ship any order to a P.O. Box or accept any order where it is impossible to identify the individual private recipient of the order, and its address.

All purchases will be delivered by ALLURE SHOWROOM's selected courier service (hereinafter, “Courier”) between Monday and Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, after the Order Confirmation is sent to You, on the basis of the indicated availability.

In any case, ALLURE SHOWROOM will not be responsible for delays that are unforeseeable and/or attributable to the Courier. In the event You do not receive the Products within 3 weeks following receipt of the Order Confirmation, we invite You to contact ALLURE SHOWROOM at info@allureshowroom.net

ALLURE SHOWROOM reserves the right not to respond to any such inquiries sent after 30 days from receipt by You of the Order Confirmation.
